All of our high-quality labs can expertly handle both digital and conventional impressions to ensure each case receives the attention it deserves.

Cosmetic
- Disinfect all materials
- Place in the bag and seal.
- Individually wrap each model with bubble wrap.
- Add additional bubble wrap if necessary to fill the box and prevent movement and breakage during shipping.
Loose Bridges, Crowns, or Shade Tabs
- Put each in an individual small container or sealed plastic bag.
- Wrap separately.
- Put any slides or photos that go with the case in a plastic bag as well.
Face-Bows and Articulators
- One option is to remove models from the articulator and wrap them individually.
- You can also leave models on the articulator and separate the articulators.
- Individually wrap each piece and anchor it in the box. Ensure the face-bow and enclosures are all wrapped separately.

Arrangement
New customers or current customers that do not have the necessary supplies can still submit cases easily. Simply contact Picasso Dental Studios and we will send one of our personal drivers to deliver the supplies to you. We can also accept shipments from our approved courier services, and we are happy to help you set that up. Just give us a call.

Impressions
Picasso Dental Studios supports all major digital scanners, which we have listed below. Find the scanner your practice uses and follow
the necessary instructions to upload your patient’s digital impressions. If you need help or have questions, please contact us.
iTero®
- Call 800-577-8767 and select option 1
- Request that Picasso Dental Studios is added to your scanner and identify our lab using our email: nikmasoud@yahoo.ca
- After Picasso has been added, restart your scanner
- After connecting to us as a lab, select Picasso Dental Studios on your scanner when sending files
Cerec
- Create or Login to your CEREC Connect account
- Select “MY CEREC CONNECT”
- Type “Picasso Dental Studios” in the box for Company Name
- Click FIND
- Check the box to the bottom left for "Picasso Dental Studios”
- Click ADD to complete the registration
3M™ True Definition Scanner
- Call 3M™ support at 800-634-2249 select Option 3
- Select Option 1 and request Picasso be added to your scanner
- 3M™ will then confirm with Picasso and add connection remotely
3Shape Trios®
- Go to us.3shapecommunicate.com in a web browser
- Connect with Picasso Dental Studios
- After connecting to us as a Lab, select Picasso when sending files
